Welcome to Rock Hard Fitness

Rock Hard Fitness is a new fitness classed designed for people who want to have fun ,get fit, strong and in shaped whilst listening to some of the best rock music from the last 50 years. Forget Jane Fonda’s prancing about in Lycra or Zumba’s shaking your maracas’ “lets join the party”. Rock Hard Fitness is for people who want  to have fun doing a real workout with real result listening to real music.

RHF differs from other training systems due to its  Variability. Rather than working on separate components of fitness such as Body Conditioning, Weight loss, Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Core ,Agility and Flexibility in different sessions. We work all these elements in a one hour session!

This class is open to both men in women of all fitness levels. There is usually a 50/50 split Men to Women. If you’re a top athlete or a beginner, you can all work together in the same training session.  This class is designed to push you to work hard.  In the beginning most people may struggle to keep up, that’s OK. You are encouraged to take breaks when needed and re-join the class when you have recovered. As the weeks pass and you become fitter, your breaks become less frequent until by the end they are not required. All the exercises are within the capability of even the most unfit person to do.

If you used to train with a team but now cannot give the commitment needed but still want to enjoy group training, then this class is for you. If you are currently between seasons and want to stay fit then this class is for you. If you just want to get in shape, tone up, lose weight, get strong, than guess what?. This class is for you. If you just want to listen to great music while you work out then this class is for you

 

This class is going to push you , you will sweat, you will be exhausted but YOU CAN DO IT . You will have fun and get fantastic results!
